The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and come with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious start to the day, with a good variety of choices. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.
The room cleaning standards could be improved, as some guests have noticed mildew in the bathroom grout during their stays.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast offered was decent, although it was quite repetitive. One thing I appreciated was the thoughtful gestures, like receiving soba on New Year's Eve and finding personalized notes on the table.
The room was on the smaller side, typical for Japanese accommodations. the language barrier with the receptionist was a bit challenging as they didn't seem to understand English well.

Great location, 1 min walk to the closest metro station. Staff communicates well in English. Room size is normal for Tokyo standards. Many restaurants nearby for every budget. Convenient 24-hour market nearby. Attractive neighborhood for taking a walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the convenient location, just next to the Akasaka metro station, easy for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were gracious and attentive. They represented the best of Japanese culture, always displaying greetings and politeness. The breakfast, included in the room price, was quite good with a limited selection. The hotel facilities were sufficient, and the room itself was nicely decorated and spacious.
Everything is what I need and want.

The location was perfect, right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room, although small, was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the room was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast, while simple, was sufficient to start our day. The staff were polite and allowed us to store our bags before check-in. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
